By supporting this program, your contribution will help fund free yoga and meditation sessions led by one of Yogi Charu’s students. These sessions will be available at various institutions that cater to youths, such as the Youth Hostel, Children’s Home, and Department of Youth Services. 

Our Well Being Services aim to provide participants with coping techniques that offer a ‘lived experience’, equipping them with the necessary tools to regain control over their lives and surroundings. Through our sessions, individuals will have the opportunity to find mental clarity, benefit from a supportive environment, and temporarily escape the challenges of daily life. 

Participants will not only learn yoga and meditation techniques but also receive teachings from A Practical Guide to Mental Hygiene, which they can apply in various aspects of their lives, including school, play, and building healthy relationships with peers, family, or caregivers. 

To enhance the overall experience, Evolve Together_BZ will provide yoga mats and healthy snacks and beverages, creating a relaxing atmosphere.
